Observe
Begin with what you can see, feel, remember and compare without judgment.
Created by Queen Lily
I created SkeenQueens because I believe we understand ourselves better when we slow down long enough to notice what is actually happening.
Why I made this
I have seen how quickly people can blame themselves, rush toward a product, or dismiss a change they do not yet understand. SkeenQueens offers another beginning: look, feel, notice, and then decide what deserves care.
My earlier work as a licensed practical nurse included bedside patient care and wound care. That experience taught me the value of a baseline, the importance of changes over time, and the difference between noticing a signal and claiming to know its cause.
That is the spirit I bring here. I am not asking you to become your own doctor. I am inviting you to become your own first observer—to know your normal, recognize what has changed, and arrive at the next conversation with clearer information.
What guides this work
Begin with what you can see, feel, remember and compare without judgment.
Look for timing, location, context and patterns before reaching for an explanation.
Choose a gentle next step—and seek qualified care when a change is persistent, severe, worsening or concerning.
