I created SkeenQueens because I believe girls and women deserve to understand the bodies they live in.
Here, we get curious about our skin, hair, bodies, and minds—what they do, what we notice, and how we might care for ourselves with greater understanding.
My hope is that what you learn helps you feel more capable, more confident asking questions, and more connected to yourself. There is room to be playful here. Room to pause. Room to keep becoming.

A little of my story.
My own skin started the questions. In 2021, I began sharing what I was learning on Facebook. A playful name came along with it: SkeenQueens. Here’s how that beginning grew into this community.
