Decode the Itch · Lesson 10 of 10
You just learned to decode an itch.
You do not need every answer. You need a clearer next question.

Put the method together
- When: When did it begin, and what happened just before it?
- Where: Where does it appear, and does that location repeat?
- What else: What can you see or feel alongside the itch?
- Pattern: Which family sounds closest—or is it still unclear?
Choose one calm next step
If a clue consistently lines up with the itch, carry it forward. If the pattern is unclear, keep observing. Avoid changing five things at once. If the symptoms are persistent, worsening, painful or visibly concerning, seek qualified care.
